Excellent breakfast setup.

My family and I were extremely disappointed with our stay. The front desk staff was unprofessional, with a clerk who had a terrible attitude and no willingness to assist guests. Additionally, despite the recent renovation claims, the shower was lukewarm at best and the toilet hardly flushed, leaving us frustrated throughout our visit.

Location was good, breakfast was good but not offered early enough for us most days. I mean the kids loved the pool and we had a real nice time together in the Queen Suite.

On different occasions, there were no towels available, which might be a dealbreaker when you just want to relax after a swim. The pool area is cramped and can feel stuffy, not exactly what you'd hope for a refreshing dip. Additionally, a lack of clear instructions for the TV and issues with connectivity for streaming devices hindered the overall experience.

great parks and attractions within walking distance for weekend explorers

I stayed here for a night and loved how close we were to both the Milwaukee County Zoo and Lyons Park, making our city strolls so enjoyable and convenient. The easy access to a variety of dining options just a short walk away really enhanced our trip.

the bath was super dirty and that was a bummer the pool area had fresh towels and the waffles at breakfast were awesome got free wifi too

Comfortable room, super clean bathroom, and I loved the breakfast setup which offered so many varieties to pick from, making this hotel a great choice for families wanting to explore the city and enjoy the amenities just 18 km from the nearest airport.

Awful check-in experience

Spent 1 night and had a terrible experience. We got there on Easter and no one was at the front desk. We waited an hour and had to leave to find another place. Super frustrating! On a brighter note, I heard the breakfast options were decent, but honestly, I didn’t even get to try them. Never going back.
